Got a local issue?
If you’re dealing with local problems, it helps if you report them directly to the relevant authority first if possible. If you’re not sure who to contact, I’m happy to help you find out. I can then help escalate issues and work with the relevant authorities.
Common issues include:
- Potholes and road safety concerns
- Drainage and flooding problems
- Planning and development matters
- Play areas and community facilities
- Public transport issues
- Green spaces and access problems
- Community facility questions
Many local issues connect to ongoing work I’m already tracking. If you’re reporting something related to drainage or roads, paths and bridleways, your report helps build the case for action.
When you get in touch, it helps to include:
- Location details (road name, area, or what3words address)
- Photos if relevant
- When the issue occurs (if it’s related to weather or happens at specific times)
Questions or ideas?
Not sure about something, or have a thought about how we could do things better? Maybe it’s about a project you’ve been following, an idea you’ve been mulling over, or just something you’d like to understand better. Get in touch. I’m always keen to talk things through.
